Zoe Brown

Teaching Faculty

Ms. Zoe Brown is from Palatka, Florida. She is currently in school for her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Florida State University. Ms. Zoe has been dancing for 15 years and has taught for 5. She has been trained for years in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, lyrical, pointe, hip-hop, and belly dancing. She aspires to learn as many styles as she possibly can. She grew up competitively dancing with Academy ofRising Stars for several years then Debbie's Dance Company for her last two years of high school. In high school, she participated in her school’s musical theatre program where she performed ballet, tap, jazz, and waltz. Ms. Zoe is also trained in gymnastics and credits her training to the Academy of Rising Stars and USA Gymnastics. Ms. Zoe has a passion for dance and wishes never to separate her faith from her dance work. They are one in the same as dance is a way of worship and is the best way to express that personal relationship with her and the Lord. She is a part of the FSU Baptist Collegiate Ministry as a bible study leader and attends North Florida Baptist Church. She helps in the children’s ministry and is a part of the worship team. Ms. Zoe Brown is excited to be a part of the Wildwood Ballet family and its ministry.
